SUSTAINABILITY FROM THE GROUND UP
THE FUTURE OF GUINNESS IS TAKING ROOT
At Guinness, we’re ‘all in’ for the long haul - for our people, our products, our partners and our planet. We’re only 264 years into our 9,000-year lease at the site of St James's Gate Brewery in Dublin, and we will never settle in pursuit of a better, brighter and more sustainable future for all.
BEHIND ST. JAMES'S GATE & BEYOND
We’ve made progress on reducing water usage in our breweries and switching to renewable energy to power them, but we have more to do. Likewise, we’ve replaced some packaging with responsibly sourced materials and launched a regenerative agriculture programme in Ireland, working with farmers to test and learn how best to regenerate the landscapes from where we source the ingredients for our beautiful Guinness. But there is more to do, have bold targets that set our direction and priorities as part of Diageo’s Spirit of Progress
