The ultimate chicken wing recipe, glazed with a Foreign Extra Stout sauce and baked until crispy.

Ingredients

1 kg Free-range chicken wings

2 tablespoons Green curry paste

2 tablespoons Soy sauce

1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda

1 Brown onion, diced

Pinch of smoked paprika

Black pepper

Thyme

1 bottle of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout

Method

Heat oven to 150°C.

Place Wings in a bowl. Add combined paprika pepper, thyme, & bicarbonate of soda and rub into wings.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Whilst the wings cook, sauté onions and add the green curry paste and soy sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes and add 250mls of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout and cook for a further 4-5 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and bake for a further 10 minutes.

Serve with a dip or enjoy with a cold Guinness…or both!
