Ingredients

45 ml Zacapa Rum

15 ml Lemon juice

22 ml Crème de Cassis

8 ml Orgeat

Guinness Draught

Method

Combine all ingredients except Guinness in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.

Top with Guinness Draught.
