2 Bottles Guinness Baltimore Blonde (2pints)
2 cups Water
1/4 cup Salt
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Sprigs thyme
2 Bay leaves
1 tbsp Black peppercorns
1 Yellow onion
3 Cloves garlic
CHICKEN COATING
2 3/4 cups Plain flour
1 cup Corn flour
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Ground cumin
1 tbsp Ground black pepper
3 3/4 cups Milk or 2 pints
BEER BBQ
2 cups Ketchup
1/2 cup Cider vinegar
1 tbsp Molasses
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili flakes
1 Yellow onion
2 Bay leaves
2 Sprigs thyme
1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
1/3 cup Water
